This whole Iran-dealio with the election is driving me insane. I respect Mousavi and believe there should be another casting of votes. The only reason Ahmadinejad refuses to do so is because he knows he couldn't win an honest election. Ayatollah Khamenei? Don't even get me started on that bucket of trash--"Iran will not yield over polls."
Ok, so here's an idea, Ayatollah. Let's just injure or kill all the protesters who are trying to keep your government in check. Then, maybe we can censor the media, cut phone lines, eavesdrop, try to sue youtube and twitter, jail students--oh wait, YOU'RE ALREADY DOING THAT!
With that said, I am happy Obama is staying out of this, but remains "concerned"--according to BBC. It's about time we went back to that isolationist ideal. This is no matter of ours to intervene in and we aren't on good terms with any of those Arabic countries anyways (thanks a lot Irael. jk). We have enough to do in our own country. That doesn't mean we shouldn't show our support for Iran. A lot of people are changing their twitter locations to Tehran to counteract their internet being censored, and/or have turned their facebook profile pics green. I think that's something. Just being aware is good too. I check BBC daily.
ANYWHO. I should get back to work even though I am the only one in the office this morning. How dull. That's probably why I'm blogging, out of boredom.
