Okay, so I've had this blue dress I haven't worn in forever because it's too thin and form fitting. It accentuates all the wrong curves and loosens up during the day because of its stretchy material. In an effort to make it wearable, I stenciled birds on it (yes, Portlandia, put a bird on it!). It only took a few minutes to make and a few more to dry. It looks cooler now but it doesn't change the way it fits, so I've have layered it with distractions: a belt, stockings, and a sweater. What d'ya think? (Remind me not to smile next time. It's wayyy too catalogue-y)
I could probably find four or five more ways to wear this, and I'm totally up for the challenge.

One another note, Jay and I went thrifting yesterday. It was uneventful as you can see.
We needed sponges..
Need I say more?
