Progress

When fat disappears, muscle takes its place.. kind of like when one door opens another one closes--
except not really. What I am trying to say is I'm losing my boobs for the sake of fitness. I hope the muscle gods are happy. When I looked in the mirror today and flexed a few times (yeah, I'm vain), I quickly became appalled of my own progress. Eek. PECKS!

Let me take you through what my morning was like:



First glance
Hmm...not bad Rae, you're pretty hot. Wait--
What is that--muscle around the shoulders and chest?
*takes closer look*


My boobs appear higher and smaller than usual. Wait a second. If boobs are just fat sacks, and I'm losing fat then...


NOOOOOOO!!!

Actually...when gaining muscle you have to gain fat too. If you are gaining muscle weight (which is really hard and takes a long time) you are gaining fat as well. It is impossible to lose fat and put on muscle at the same time. usually people gain a bunch of weight from muscle and fat, and then cut hardcore to lose just bodyfat. its a long process.
